Changing your life can seem an incredibly tough and
complicated thing; especially if you’ve failed a great
number of times found it
too hard and resigned yourself to not changing.
But there are ways everyone has to tackle this, even if you
are not better than anyone else, not more disciplined, not more motivated.
Life can be ridiculously complicated, if you let it. In my viewpoint
just simplify it and follow the rule
“Smile, breath and go slowly”
Smile to reflect one,
Breathe to live,
Go slowly as life is long in the end everyone gets the same
thing.
Just smile at every odd you get as it will not stay for
long.
